Circadian Mode
Circadian Mode warms and dims Plozz on a schedule, including its player. It changes the app's picture, not your television's calibration or other apps.
Set a schedule
Open Settings > Appearance > Circadian Mode in the profile you want to change.
On Apple TV, choose a mode directly. On iPhone/iPad, enable Circadian Mode, then choose Schedule:
- Auto: follows sunset and sunrise for the location selected in the settings. Choose the appropriate region; do not assume it follows your current travel location.
- Manual: set Turns on and Turns off for your daily schedule.
- Always On: applies the chosen strength throughout the day.
- Off on Apple TV, or the disabled master switch on mobile: removes the effect.
Adjust the picture
Set Warmth and Darkness on Apple TV; the mobile darkness control is called Dimness. These control color warmth and darkening separately.
Fade controls the transition into and out of the scheduled effect. It is not available with Always On because there is no scheduled transition.
Use Preview a day on Apple TV, or Preview a Day on mobile, to see the schedule over a simulated day. Mobile also offers Preview at Full Strength. Leaving the settings stops the preview; it does not disable your saved schedule.
The picture is unexpectedly warm or dark
Check this profile's Circadian Mode before changing video, HDR, or television settings. Disable it to compare the unmodified app picture. Choose Always On for a deliberate daytime effect, or turn the mode off to override the schedule.
The setting belongs to your Plozz profile. Switching to another profile can therefore produce a different picture. iCloud Sync and normal profile preferences are separate from the device's own brightness controls.
